Preparing a notice

Following the notice elements described in Section 512(c)(3), include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature as the rights owner or an authorized representative.
2. The copyrighted work involved, or a representative list if reporting multiple works on this site.
3. The exact Sporven.link page or reference/link you believe infringes the work, with enough information to locate it. Describe the material clearly. Do not include account passwords, provider credentials or access tokens.
4. Your contact details, including mailing address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the reported use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative or the law.
6. A statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
